Well Joey, looks like another message to you.

First off, if your McDonald's has crew that behave like this, then perhaps your McHiring Manager should start looking for a new job. How do people like these pass the two month probation? Why bother yelling at them at all? A simple "Go punch out and leave" would suffice -- and trust me, it's perfectly effective. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable in any other business, so why would yours allow them to still work there?
