Don't listen to Joey, below. If you want to fix this job and better the working conditions and pay, you've only to organize. Talk to other disgruntled employees (there are PLENTY of them!) and all of you wear union buttons (It is your RIGHT; they CANNOT fire you for that). If you quit, you'll just move on to another shitty job. There are very few 'good jobs' and the focus should be on devising a new and fair system that treats all people with dignity, respect, and equality. This includes putting the fatcats back to work, as your labor supports them now, and they should also have to support themselves.
