Where is the proof of anybody doing something wrong?

I do not get it ! Where is the story? Where is the proof of anybody doing something wrong? You have reached the conclusion that because a manager thought somebody had stolen $50 from her and $60 was missing in the drawer, then the manager is guilty and McDonald┤s sucks????? Why don┤t you start working as a lawyer, because if you can prove this absurd idea, then you could probably make millions as a lawyer.
