Corporate Loyalty is like chasing your own Shadow

The ones who might complain probably wouldn't go near you with their complants and for good reason.You're fulfilling your function and democracy isn't a part of that function.The part about not being allowed to treat wokers unfairly or badly can only cast doubts on your assertions to the contrary.

The personal level doesn't seem to work too well in the vast majority of cases and the corporate level couldn't give a damn unless the reality of a strong,democratic worker's organization sets in.Forget about the smiles and good feelings going back and forth in rap sessions. If that is what corporations try to sell as democracy then they'll find billions of working folks who refuse to buy that line of reasoning.

And as a corporate loyalist try to be understanding about the feelings of people who really doubt what you just posted. If abusive managers are no longer working for your company then why should you be so defensive? How can you be sure that there are no abusive managers working any longer at your company? Or is that a public relations disaster better left to the workers to figure out by organizing? I believe it is and that's why every workplace should be organized.
