Working in the fastfood industry will always mean doing boring ,repetitious work That's the reality of it.. The fact that it's boring and repetitious also makes it dangerous and with the power structure in place at these places of work the prevailing atmosphere doesn't favor democratic procedures. That's when a union is needed and the company loyalists who post here just can't understand that all working people need a union. But these company loyalists wouldn't be performing their assigned roles (such as posting here) if they started to agree that the workers in the fastfood industry need a union and democratic union at that.And that would mean that their asses are on the line in the corporate heirarchy wouldn't it?
