hey everyone,I'm a student at the university in Leuven and to pay for my studies i used to work for MacD.
A student in Leuven can have class from 08.00 A.M. till 18.00 P.M.
So what did i ask, If it would be possible to be very regular on my workinghours. I worked a total of 18 months in MacD. Fort the first twelve months there was no problem in the schedules of hours and the amount of work i did. And they didn't give me too many closures.
But then MacD gave it to private hands and the fun was over. I didn't get any possibilities for good hours i closed four times a week and so i couldn't attend any of my morning classes because i would just fall asleep during them. Guess what that did with my grades. And on top off all this guy (the boss) wouldn't give me my vacation to study. So it took me three extra weeks to resignate and lost a lot of time that i could have spend on studying. With other words i fluncted.
So MacD can work efficient and be good to the workers as long as they don't give there restaurants to people who want to suck the last piece of live in you (and are bad in managing people).
