I totally agree with you, the restaurant where I work is exactly the how you described. The managers can eat, talk and do nothing while we work our butts off. Then we get in trouble for not doing enough and we're only getting paid minimum wage! I was recently told that I was off my probation but I was never even informed that I was even on it.
It's definetly the worst place and greasiest place to work. Underexperienced managers who are more worried about making themselves look good to even notice there unhappy employees. Even the customers come before us.
