One way to address a complaint

What she should do is get in contact with a union (hopefully a democratic union) and to start talking to her fellow workers at that McDonald's.What you can do to help her is to help her seriously research the labor laws in Finland and to make quiet contact with organizers who see the need for a worker's organization in Finland yourself. That way she can refer to someone she trusts and not sopme stranger.

Please remember that this will be a very long campaign that McDonald's will fight with no regards to your friends rights unless she knows her rights.Be prepared for an education and there is also a section at this website that goes in depth about McDonald's Corporation's practices and attitudes towards workers' organizations.
