I have worked at McDonalds for five years, and I am swing manager. I have seen, felt, and done myself everything that everybody complines about. It is a stepping stone aleast for my the have work around my schedule and paid me not a great, but a far wage. Yes many people do quit a short time after they start but many stay longer(aleast at MY MCDONALDS). You the people that work there create the work enviroment not the employer. If you treat them like shit the will do the same to you. None.
