Hi, my name is Josh Mitchell. I have worked at a McDonald's in Middletown, Connecticut for over two years now.

I would just like to say that the treatment I have recieved there has been nothing short of astounding. When I applied there, I was a skill-less teenager, whom no one else would even consider hiring. Because of them I have learned responsibility and, through my owner/operator's reccomendation, been accepted at a University.

I still work for them on weekends and vacations, and have nothing but good things to say about them. Is starting pay low? Maybe, but no ones expected to have to live on crew persons wages. That is what management is for. And, if your'e any good at all, your low wages will increase at regular intervals. The pay really isn't bad. Lastly, no one put a gun to your head and told you to work there. If you dislike my corporation that much, go work for someone else. McDonald's is also safe. People will complain, "I have to work around a hot grill. That's dangerous" Get tough! You never hear fancy french chefs whining that they have to work around heat.

Most of the people that whine about McDonalds are only working there cause' they got booted off welfare and need to hold a job for 5 minutes to qualify for unemployment. Yo conclude, McD's rules. Got a problem with that? E-Mail me!!! Agree? E-Mail me!
