Just a note in reply to your posting. Firstly thanks for replying to my posting. In answer to your question I am anonymous because I fear that if I reveal my identity, my former employers will find some insignificant little detail to sue me with, as is their style.
I agree with your sentiments - most of the managers are well educated people who work hard, and I know this cause I was one myself. However, I also realise that a large percentage of them breach labour laws every day, and the company as a whole does nothing to stop this taking place. What I would like my report to achieve, would be to make the company see what happens in reality to good workers in the store, rather than their fantasyland company rubbish which they have sent out to me while I've been doing my research. The problem is not, in my opinion, the attitude of the crew members. The problem is the company and its philosophys. It does not seem to understand the concept of human rights.
