Im a BK manager and I bend over backwards to make my crew happy. I also
know that failure to follow labor laws is a terminatable offense. I am
also a former crew member. Ive been working at BK for over 3 years and
its now my career. Im so sick of people slamming management of fast food restaurants. We are college educated people who are trying to
do a job. If you work in any job in management and people do not
want to work then obviously they are going to have a problem with you
and slam you and your organization. Also why are you anonymous?

: I am an ex mcds manager who left the company cause I was tired of the way it treats its crew. I am now a college student compiling a report on the poor treatment of crew members in the fast food industry - can anyone help me out with any stories ie. have you been asked to work illegal overtime, given no breaks on shift, scheduled for shifts you are not available for, problems with pay etc. I'd love to hear from you through mcspotlight. I'm equally interested to hear from happy crew members too ( are there any of you out there?) Thankyou.
