I think you should be a little more fair by saying anyone that works for Mitch should get out. Also how do you know he won't let the managers do their job. It could be that they are just telling you that. Back to the fairness issue, I think McDonald's is fair I have worked their for 4 years and have worked my way up the ladder to the position of 2nd assistant manager.
