this is no way to communicate with employees

Whether or not these people were 'older or mentally challenged' or not, this is no way to treat employees - in fact this is no way to communicate with employees ESPECIALLY if they ARE 'mentally challenged or older'. And you still patronise this store? Still 'eat' their produce .... you're condoning this persons actions by doing so do you think?!
