Hey there,I've kinda been looking through this whole listing of 'maccas workers' in the Debating room section, and i have been fully looking for somebody who works closish to me, who fits my sitch, and who can email and me and discuss certain shitty things about our stores, and express wat we feel with somebody who knows that the FUck your talking about.
It's taken me about 25 mins to seach this who thing, with all the posted msgs looking for some decent postings of people that know how the place works, and who can discuss what shits them and still have reson for it.. Like i know that some people in these msg posting areas hjave good reson for getting shitty about certain rostering issues in there stores, but you still have to step back and think about your sitch, and the managers sitch.. Like there are soo many stories in this web site that i could respond too and have there probs kinda fixed, but umm well i couldn't be fucked typing it all out... soo yeah. I've been through a fair bit of shit in my time there at my store which happens to be north ryde, but this work place is all starting to work out for me now. I'm being promoted to CT (Crew trainer) v soon, and I'm being offered to do a Crew trainers Guide course type thingy, which is Tafe approved apparently, and this all comes about when you open your mouth i think. I know soo many people that just sit back and take shit from this company, and yet are too scared to sit down and talk to the boss.. Wheather or not your boss is a cunt of a sicko... you have to open your mouth and let yourself be heared.. after all, wheather you think your store is heaps rooted, and corrupt or is a totally heaps kewl place to work, you have to keep in mind that it's still a large company and that the $$ mean alot and your the little person.. and that you need to open your mouth and at some points tell managers where to go, in order to get thigs working you way..
Soo who is thinking in my train of thought at the momment.. who agrees with me ? if you reading this Posted msg, don't hesertate to reply.. place, infact Email if you prefer.
