Need McAdvice

I work for a McOpCo in the Pittsburgh Region. I am a full time colege student and I choose to work at McDonald's because I knew that were flexible and I thought they were fair. Once the Operations Consulant came in ended up in grill due to a rush. I was making smart ass remarks and for every smart remark he made towards me I made one right back. Soon afterwhich I told me basicly to cease my comments and I did. A month later I got my 6 mos. performance review, and since I am a hard worker I recieved and Outstanding rating which give a .25 cent increase per hourly wage. So I kept looking for it on my paystunb and never saw it. When I asked about it the Asst. Manager said that I, "pissed Andy off and he disapproved your wage increase." She suggested that she resubmitt a new wage increase at a .15 cent level and see if he'll approve that. That was three months ago and I have yet to recieve my review. I have a family to support and this is unfair. I am not necessarily a McDonald's hater but is there any one out there who can give advice on how I should proceed. Surely there is something that I can do that won't get me fired beside finding a new job. I like my job and don't want to leave.
