hello my problem with mcdonald's is not mcdonald's. The corporation I think has protental. The owner-operator's is where the problem are. I work with McOpCo as an assistant manager for about 6 months before the Eddy Corp. took over all are the mcdonald's stores here in jacksonville, fl, usa. This was back in feb. '95. Since that time every month is cut labor don't do that and it gets to the point where you got want to give up. Every time I cut labor i hurt service and it happens everyday. I am tired of it.
