The things you don't know....

For all you people that come into our restaurant....there are many things that you should be made aware of. First of all, a hamburger pattie (from frozen state) takes approx. 44 seconds to cook, and a quarter pounder pattie takes about 90 seconds to cook. Many of the burgers are dripping with fat, and sometimes they aren't cooked enough, but still given out to you! If that isn't scary enough, how about the food you're eating......how fresh is it? Salads can be hours old (as can pies, buns, etc.). A way to tell how old your burger is, is by looking at the little metal plate behind the burger when it is put into the bin (a # between 1 and 12). The number on the plate, corresponds to a number on the clock. When the clock reaches that number, your burger is officially "bad." Also, fries can be good for about 10 minutes. And the toppings on your burger(s) aren't the pick of the litter either! The onions, lettuce, mustard, ketchup, pickles, etc. are left open for many hours at a time! The restaurant is also very wasteful. At the end of the day.....when the store is ready to close....they throw out all of the perfectly good food into the garbage. My question is..."how can you do this when there are millions of people around the world dying of starvation, and you're just throwing out perfectly good food?" I think that I've made my point....people...when you have the choice of a nice, restaurant meal, or fast food, I hope that I will have compelled you to eat at another restaurant when you are hungry.

Respectfully,
A concerned citizen
