I would have to disagree. See the main thing is McDonald's employees hate people and customers. So whenever a customer or employee tries to rip them off, they usually hassle the hell out of them just to have some fun in that anal company. So you can bet you will have the following response, "Sure No Ice, that will be 94 cents or whatever.." Oh you paid, well my register says you didn't have a nice day.
