- Multinationals -Monsanto
Many years ago, my family's business was sold to Monsanto. As a result, I inherited a significant amount of Monsanto stock a few years ago. Although I have since sold off about half of them, I am trying to figure what to do with the rest - do I wash my hands of it, or do I try and use my leverage as a stockholder? I am troubled by all that I have read about Monsanto's unethical practices and products but I would appreciate any additional information and suggestions about ways that I can act. Is there a group of shareholders with the same views as me that would be willing to submit a shareholder resolution? I look forward to getting some feedback! None.
