Oestrogenic Chemicals and ICI

And while you undertake this objective research, does ICI err on the side of caution
and stop discharging such chemicals? No. I thought not. Lets wait 20 years for 100%
confirmation of the links before we do anything, thats the way things are usualy done
if the alternative was to increase costs and decrease profits.
