Victory for the good guys!!
The City of Guelph (population 100,000), ONT, has rejected proposals for two power centres (inclusing one from Wal-Mart) by a resounding margin (council voted 9-4) after a year and a half campaign. We have lots of info and are willing to help others - but right now we have to sleep!!
