Chairman of British Gas at the AGM a few years back.

I believe the CE of British Telecom also had a similar
hostile reception at an EGM.

The son of the late Reo Stakis, who'd taken over as CE
when his father died was also the subject of a serious public
roasting. He was eventually removed from office.

There's probably a few others - Yorkshire Water perhaps?
