Cold food, dirty, and overcharged

I don't know if it is the worst but it has three strikes from us. The Mesa Arizona McDonalds just north of Guadelupe on Alma School Road is disgusting. The floor is dirty, the tables slimmy, the workers clothes are slick with grease. You might ask why we did not walk out and not buy anything? We would not have had we not been in the drive through. I went inside to get some ketchup that I forgot to ask for and was shocked at the site of the store. As we drove away we noticed the food was cold. The cheese never changed shape or melted on the cheesburgers. We tossed the food and upon reflection noted they charged us Super Size prices for each order when none of us had received or ordered Super Size.
Strike four is I called information on a number to complain only to discover there is no such number. I guess McDonalds only cares about taking money from customers and not hearing about problem stores before one or more of the customers get sick.
