worst service ever

I too have to agree with the Grandmother who stated poor service and treatment in a McDonalds. This week I had the unpleasant experience at the McDonalds at Walmart in Lancaster,PA. I took my son to get his pictures taken and like most 2yr olds they love those french fries. So to assure a positive photo experience I went to get him some fries. I ordered the fries and they were cold.

I told the server nicely that they were cold, she cut me off and asked me, "What was she supposed to do about it?" I said I just want another order of HOT fries this time. She says that they have been up for only a little while. I said again may I please have another order. She STUCK HER HAND IN THE BAG GRABBED A FEW FRIES AND RAMMED THEM IN HER MOUTH!!!!! And said they arent cold to me. UGGGGHHHH, I was mortified and demanded new fries since she took the liberty of stuffing her face with the ones I had. She snatches the bag off the counter and threw them in the garbage, tosses a new batch in some grease and turns to say that, "Now you HAVE to wait!" When they were ready she slide the red box of fries across the counter, no bag or any tray. Just fries on that constantly touched never wiped off counter. I am pissed now and I ask her for a bag, which gets thrown across the counter and she totally tunes me out when I ask her name.

I took the customer behind me to ask her again what her name was. You know what she said, "I didnt need it." And that she wasnt going to give it to me. To make matters worst she was of some management cause she wore the denim shirt and blue pants and not the rugby shirts like the rest of the crew. Somebody at Hamburger University needs to come up with a new method of teaching customer appreciation, dont you think? When I went to get the manager of Walmart to get the address of the corporate office no one seemed to know where to write for bad, really bad service. And arent all employees supposed to wear name tags?
