OK, so you like Ronald's breakfasts (I do too.). You didn't have to illustrate that with an untrue story completely lacking anything resembling good taste. That action would have either killed the elderly couple within minutes or seconds...or left them severely scarred. The Manager would be doing hard time, and the owner would lose his franchise.

Whataburger will sell you a hamburger value meal for breakfast if you request it. If a smaller and less resourceful, mainly-Texas chain can be flexible like that, I don't see why McD's cannot be.

Furthermore, the customer is always right. That's not to say that I condone the excessive belligerence part if that was true. But if a patron insists, what harm is it to sell him or her what he/she wants to buy?
