MCDo and Die. UN choice for third world Nutrition Contract?

I'm trying to get confirmation on what I heard was a UN assignment to McDonald's for supplying food aid to countries in need. Something about them offering a big m ff and cokes for a "reasonable" price. Anyone know any details about this. If this is the case what are we to think of the UN's orientation concerning the advocation of certain paradigms for "a better world".
