McDonald's food service sucks

I recently visited the McDonald Restaurant on Canal street between
University and Baronne St.. I oredered a Quarter Pounder Meal with no
onions. I gad no idea that I would have to wait about 10 minutes to get a quarter pounder meal fresh off the grill. The service at this McDonalds is very horrible, the employees and so call shift managers need to take a few courses in learning how to satisfy the customer.
I think the owner of this McDonalds should know that this is not just what I think but this is also what my colleagues and many students at Dillard University think.
