complaint, McDonald's likes to ignore these

I guess the Corp., trains the owners to ignore customer complaints, even if they are being abused and accused by rude of all manner of mayhem. My son was accused of stealing a coupon for a free burger, of all things... he was given that coupon the day before at a drive up window... I know I was there. Complaints to manager, owner, all ignore. They could have just called me and said, ya, we're sorry, we're dealing with it, whatever... and not do a thing.. I would never know!!! But even that much courtesy towards customers was too much....no wonder people sue... the want to GET THEIR ATTENTION... what a rip off McDonald's - kids - smiley Ronalds, it's all crock!!!1
