: Robert, send your comments to: President, McDonald's U.S.A., McDonald's Corporation, One McDonald's Plaza, Oak Brook, Illinois 60521. By the way, what is Burger King doing in New Mexico to impress you with their service that McDonald's is not? Is it the employees, speed, politeness, etc? Why can Burger King meet your expectations and McDonald's can not?

Dee, although I'm not Robert, thanks for the info! I guess I need to
start exploring a little bit better on the Net. Anyway, I took down
your information. Most of the McD's in my neck of the woods are doing
very well in terms of service and quality. I think my favorite one is
the new location in Grapevine. Actually, it's a new building that
replaced the previous one, it doubles as a Chevron station, and I can
get a Quarter Pounder anytime I want because it's open 24 hours.

Getting back to Robert's problem, you might also want to contact the
Corporate office, because there are quite a few unhappy customers from
other regions who have posted here (I'm assuming you work for the
company). There also seem to be quite a few McD employees with attitudes
as well that have paid a visit here. You might want to see about getting
all regional VP's involved in assembling a quality control team. Then,
hopefully the not-so-great locations can be overhauled, and quality
service, courtesy, and employee morale can be restored nationwide, and
worldwide.
