I worked at mcdonalds for 4 years and in that time i saw some pretty filthy things. Especially that filthy desert product that they call "topping". It just wouldn't go away. It was always stuck in the corners of the trays, sometimes solidifying to an unremovable gel. So i hope this was useful in your investigation into bacteria free trays. I think we all know the answer now!!! None.
