wrongful firings from Mcdonalds

I work for a Mcdonalds corp store, and recently we obtained new management. As a result all of our good managers have either transferred out or quit. I have also recently seen several unethical firings of lower management because of their lack of fitting in, and or unwillingness to go against policy. But, I have learned a few tricks on how not to get completley screwed by the corp if you unfairly are fired or they are attempting to force you out.
1.even if you think you can't get unemployment, apply for it and go through the hearing. if they do not have valid documentation all they can tell unemployment is that you violated corporate policy. so you will end up getting benifits. just be persistent.
2. if you have a feeling things are not going well start applying at other stores{ie. taco bell, subway etc..} any of the corps major competiters will give you a better position and better pay. they love to hire former mcdonalds corp. employees because of the extensive training they think we get. Or go to the nearest corp store you think you would like to work at and ask that store manager if you might be able to have a confidential talk with them. discuss what is happening in your store, and that you want to continue working within the corp but you think you would be better able to do so there and if he agrees to the transfer your last obstacle is your current store manager. unless he completly has a personal vendetta more than likely a transfer or trade will be approved.
I have a lot more hints. and if anyone needs help they may e-mail me.
