For once I have to agree with Quincunx. There is nothing wrong with parody, and an upside-down arches is NOT copywrite infringement!!! The clientelle who frequented the burger joint knew that it was in no way related to McD's.

Just like the police in Florida who busted the 2 Live Crew for obscenities (instead of addressing the REAL CRIMES in that state!!!), it seems there was a handful of execs who couldn't find the time to set about cleaning up the poor-performing company stores and private franchises run by bad owners, but found plenty of time to make a big deal out of nothing. If I became CEO of McD's my priority would be customer satisfaction, and I would make that priority known!!! YOUR store would probably be one of the first I'd send someone
to correct, J!!!

Like the Florida cops, McD's needs to take care of the real issues affecting
it.

"Watch out where the huskies go, and don't you eat that yellow snow!"
