Uh, how often do you encounter these alleged asshole customers? From what I've witnessed, they are far in the minority, unless your location is a joke. There are good ones and bad.
Regarding vindictive acts with peoples' food, I strongly advise you against pulling shit like that. You never know where surveillance cameras are lurking these days. And I wouldn't rule out a customer detecting what you did, either. And if that customer happens to be a 6' 5'' bodybuilder (who won't hesitate to take the matter into his own hands), I wouldn't want to be in your shoes, especially if you are 5' 10" like me, or shorter.
