Simply: service and QA. Your service is average. Apparently those at Hamburger U are taught piss on their flowers instead of water them. Might be why your business in this part of the industry has such a high turnover rate, therefore lowering the service to just average.(And stock, too.)Dress code amoung your employees must stipulate that "one must wear their caps backward, their chains showing, and their pirate earrings large and looping." Hands are only washed when impressed upon and hairnets need not be worn at all.

QA: Last time I looked in the dictionary to define lettuce, the defintion started with " a leafy green vegetable...." not brown, yellow, or white(center of the lettuce). Most people like their fries golden brown with a crispy outside and tender inside, not some soggy,
limp, grease-filled potato served in a proudly displayed used paper sack.

This one's simple: Your employess need only wear the required uniform(and smiles)or sent home. The managers should concern themselves with good service and a quality product.
