Profits means to long-term success

Freddy, we'll just have to agree to disagree on where wage increases should come from. I understand that it is difficult for a socialist like you to understand the capitalistic USA economy. Once profits (the $1.5B) are exhausted into wages, then what? Wage increases must be linked to increased productivity which generates more sales dollars and thus more dollars for wage increases. If profits are eliminated, there is no money for reinvestment to continue employee jobs. Profits are not bad, they are the means to LONG-TERM success for everyone.
