McD has and does use rainforest beef

This is simply not true. As Charles pointed out in his message from McSpotlight, which is linked to various sources, during the McLibel trial McDonald's had to admit that they DID use rainforest beef in Costa Rica and some other countries. Their Brazilian stores also currently use beef from land which was cleared of rainforests in the last 20 years, causing massive environmental destruction and dispossessing the original inhabitants of the forest region who lived in a sustainable way.
