If people didn't like meat they wouldn't buy it

Mr. Hector, I frankly can not understand your position. It is weakly based on the dubious "FDA" and "Family Circle Magazine" (a noted, scientific journal???), and most of all lacks common sense. If people did not want or like to eat meat, they would not buy it. It's called Supply and Demand! If you were truely confident and believed in your position and message, you would start a vegetarian restaurant or brand of food. If what you say and believe is correct, customers will flock to your business and avoid the present meat-serving fast food restaurants. Until you take the risk and provide a better alternative to the American consumer, you're just blowing hot air. If the responses to your message are any indication, you simply do not have a lot of followers out there.
Your time would be much better spent raising research money for heart disease rather than trying to change people's eating habits. Good Luck with your crusade and let me know when you accomplish anything. I'll watch for your chain of Vegetarian and Rice Fast Food Restaurants.
