I went to school with the leaflets that you gave me. Me and my brother gave
badges to my best friend (who is a vegetarian) and another friend (he wants
to be a vegan but his mum said he was not allowed to until he was 16).It caused a bit of a fuss though and when the teacher knew she
said we would have a debate about it so we did. But there was only 4 that
said it was wrong to eat meat and 25 said it was right to eat meat.Bright Blessings

4 out of 29, thats nearly 15% agreeing that it is wrong to eat meat.
Thats a good start - remember that most people have been raised
to believe the opposite.Did the debate cover other issues?
How for example did the class feel about the effects of the beef industry
on the worlds environment? Or the effects of a poor diet on health?
None.
