Hello, I realize that enviromentalists and the so-called
"Religious Right" are probably the two most unlikely
allies in many cases, however, much of what has been
released in the McLibel case can be said to be insulting
towards Christianity, with Rotton Ronnie hurling the
insults. One of the primary ends that all we fundamentalist religious
types strive for is the protection of our children. We no
more are fond of the McBrainwashing that goes on than
you are. Active Christians and Muslims represent a huge
minority within society, which means a fair sized market. If you are serious about contering McDonalds, which I
have no doubt you are, I would urge you to send some
of the anti-religious and more subversive McDonald's
corporation propaganda to local churches.Perhaps, we disagree on capitalism, enviromentalism,
and eating meat, however, we do aggree that our
children need to be protected from Slick Ronnie
McHeartburn. Therefore, please notify local churches
when McDonalds does something blatantly anti-religious
in the marketting concoctions. Remeber, another 30
to 35 million people boycotting McDonalds certainly
can't hurt any.Pax Christi,
