I think not only their parents have to blame for this situation, most of time the lifstyle of these people is created by the
superiors. I mean the country gives them, the parents, the possibillity to work both outside, leave the children at home and
to make them keychildren. Give them everything they want. So they become fat, Like the little emperors in the PRC.
