Although it is said that 96% of Americans will eat at McDonald's
at least once and that 1/6th of all meals eaten in the USA are served
by McDonald's - it does not follow that all of us will eat at a McDonald's
at some time in our lives (I know that I will not).The world is not America and despite McDonald's rapid expansion around the
globe, people don't have to eat there and many many people will never eat there,
either by choice or because McDonald's simply too expensive for them.
