Privileged minority?! The essence of capitalism is that it is intended to be
embraced by any who wish it. The definition of capitalism tells us that we can
dive in and contribute. Your comments tell me that you are among the "majority"
who sit on the sidelines, waiting to be given "what you deserve". Capitalists
are merely the "Privileged minority" who have decided to participate in the very
system intended by the brave men and women who left England to take a chance and
strive for more.

If you can tell me of a perfect system, I would gladly yield to your superior knowledge
and apologize wholeheartedly. I think it is fair to say that capitalism is "for the most part"
a good system. Singling out the comment as a flaw in his argument is a very telltale sign
of poor rationale, and a weak argument on your side.

>(snip)à."the followers of the system" might stand a chance to prosper,

This comes as close to a sound statement as can be expected in your post. Everyone participates
in capitalism. The difference is that you do, in reality, have a choice. You can be the one who
capitalizes, or you can be the one capitalized upon. If, at any time, one feels that his role
is not to his liking, he can change it! This is the beauty of capitalism. WE have the right to
choose our destiny. As powerful as the government is, and as much as they invade our lives,
they still cannot prevent you from going down to the Department of Revenue, and obtaining a
business license. If you canÆt figure out what to do with it, or donÆt have the motivation,
drive, desire to do so, then please continue to play the role that is more comfortable to you.
But donÆt complain about the ones who do desire "more than their fair share".
