Capitalism didn't create the PC

Yeah, but CAPITALISM didn't make the PC, GATES did. Who's to say that in a socialist world, Gates would have never shown an intrest in computers? Capitialism, socialism, whatever--Gates didn't need a certain system to tell him to invent what he knew he could invent. I'm willing to bet that with or without money, inventors like Gates would still create what they want to create.
