Ok, no argument or debate on this one, but, I have two things to say about global warming:

1. If global warming is in fact occurring, and is attributed to the burning of fossil fuels, then we have nothing to worry about. Actually, we should all drive as much as possible, using the largest gas guzzlers we can find. This will speed the arrival of the day when the headlines read "NO MORE OIL - Alternatives Found"

2. Sorry, I can't resist this one: The link you provided contained this fact:

"MORE EXTREME WEATHER IN THE U.S.

In the short-term, SO2 may be hiding the full power of greenhouse warming, but in a separate study, the NCDC showed that U.S. weather has been growing more extreme. They scrutinized U.S. records for the last 80 years to track summer droughts, drenching rainstorms, wet winters, and other types of wild weather events that are expected to increase in a greenhouse-heated world."

Did you catch it? The part about how much data they "scrutinzed" to develop their theory/study? 80 years worth. Whooooeeeee! Wow! Lets see: 5 billion - 80 = 4,999,999,920 years of weather NOT considered. Could it be the "normal" temperature of the USA is really 4'F, or 200'F? Who is to say what is the "normal temperature" Is an ice age normal of abnormal? They seem pretty normal to me anyway. Get this though; everything man has done, was done since the last Ice Age. Their methodology is analagous to picking the Player of The Game by watching only the last play of the game.
