The Soviet Union was never Communist & rarely even claimed to be
anything but in transistion. We all know that it was a bastardised
form of socialism which was in large part driven to its excesses
by the war initiated & driven by the good ole USA. Perhaps you need
reminding that it wasn't the USSR that invaded Vietnam, toppled a
legally elected government in Chile & funded & trained murderous guerillas
in Nicaragua & El Salvador. Nor is it still waging an economic war of
severe brutality (as well as international illegality) in Cuba.
I wonder which country is guilty of these crimes & which economic /
political system is guilty of these crimes? All socialists & anarchists
knew that the Soviet Union was an abhorrent aberration, but at the same time we were
never had any doubt which, to paraphrase your most ridiculous President, which was the
real Evil Empire.Learn your own recent history before trying to impose your opinions on the rest
of the world.
