Yes, you're partly right. Any organisation is ultimately composed of individual people. In the same way, you can't put the blame for the Holocaust solely on Hitler or a small group of Nazis. All Nazis, all Germans - and in fact all people in the world - were complicit, to some degree. This is the important point: we *all* have a responsibility to clean up this world, not just the big "bad" mega-corporations. See "Is it possible to feed the world??" for more along these lines.
