Wow, you sure are insightful. Let's list a couple of other things that we couldn't have existed in our current form without: mass extermination of idigenous peoples, millions of people dying in foreign wars, the transformation of fertile land into deserts, blah blah blah. The point is, YOUR LOGIC DOESN'T WORK. Genocide cuts and clarifies. So many technological advances have been achieved through war. The Dust Bowl wouldn't have happened if people didn't farm so damn much. Are you begginning to see a pattern?

Maybe greed was good, when it was necessary to step on each others feet just to survive - but that was eons ago. Let's evolve beyond greed. Let's try to extend ourselves beyond fast food.
