At the top, of course, America has government welfare for the rich, "democracy" of, by, and for the biggest campaign contributors, and Slick Willie's publicity initiatives (in health care, racism, education, and other non-efforts) for the rest of us.
Like any of these people really care about "democracy." If any government imposes a dictatorship upon New Zealand, it will be the one claiming to be ours. If the Kiwis are smart, they will aim for self-sufficiency, an act even the militias have caught on to.
