Stu can't seem to differentiate between himself and God. He feels an "attack" on his shaky beliefs is an attack on God. He who has stated that Catholics aren't Christians, that only he is qualified to discern the truth from his 8000 year old book.
If man is inherently evil (as Stu has stated numerous times) and evil man wrote this collection of books, and evil man has had custody and editorship over this collection of books, how much of it are we to believe? Kind of a paradox, isn't it?
As far as God is concerned, individuals are entitled to their own beliefs, that's why it is called FREEDOM of religion.
As far as my "recent" fondness for using scripture, it predates the Stu era, and is designed to get the Stu's of the world to read their book with an open mind, instead of looking for dark cryptic secret messages hidden away only for the "true believer" to find. Stu knows what this means, if you need clarification, just ask him.
Funny how Stu believes his interpretation of the bible is the only valid one, and that if you disagree with his ideas, you are a heathen, or if you doubt some of the authenticity of this man-made and man controlled text, you are a heathen. Judge not, lest ye be judged, Mr. "I'm saved-you're not!"

Funny how those most drawn to this type of belief are those who have screwed up their lives so badly they NEED an afterlife as an excuse for doing the right thing here on earth.
